Travel to Israel

For more than 4000 years, Israel has been a meeting place of cultures, empires and religions. Drenched in ancient history, we are truly proud of our stunning country. It is an experience of a lifetime to travel to Israel, one which combines biblical and spiritual adventure with a world class Mediterranean holiday or the Dead Sea, with spa and relaxation. Jerusalem, the desert, the beaches of Eilat and Mount Masada - also stunning backdrop to the Opera. Tel Aviv, a happy city, with great possibilities for team activities, horse riding, skiing, is another gem. Whether you come to Israel as a pilgrim, as an art-lover or as one interested in history, you will find much to fascinate.

Travel Highlights Israel

Eilat, Israel's beach resort is famous for swimming, cubadiving and snorkelling. It has pleasant weather year round.

Haifa is the capital of the north of Israel, and is situated on a very interesting geographical area on and below the Carmel mountain strip. On the west side, Haifa borders with the Mediterranean in a beautiful natural bay. Haifa has one of the most active seaports in Israel.

Lying in the Judaen hills and having a faith heritage rivalled by no other city on Earth, Jerusalem has a cultural atmosphere like nowhere else in Israel. This is the place where King Solomon ruled, where Muhammad rose to heaven, and where Jesus was crucified. The Old city of Jerusalem lies in East Jerusalem.

Nazareth is situated in the most southerly hills of the Lebanon range. The town lies in a hollow plateau about 1200 feet above the level of the Mediterranean, between hills. The ancient Nazareth occupied the triangular hillock that extends from the mountain on the north, having its point turned to the south. Its northwestern boundary is marked by numerous Jewish tombs which have been discovered on the slope of Jebel es Likh.

Negev desert
The Negev is the desert region of southern Israel and one of the most beautiful places in Israel. You can travel it by foot, car, safari,or even camels.

The archeological discoveries at nearby Qumran, where the 2,000 year old Dead Sea Scrolls were discoverd in ancient pottery jars, show us how the Essenes created their unique settlements deep in the heart of the desert.

Tel Aviv
Tel Aviv is the financial center of Israel. A wonderful city for restaurants, art galleries, museums, and the Bat-Sheva dance group. It has one of the most active clubbing scenes in Europe and stunning beaches.

The Dead Sea
Scientists are still puzzling over the geological factors that created the remarkable body of water known as the Dead Sea, which lies further beneath sea level than any other spot on earth.
The Judean Desert has always attracted people seeking spiritual refuge from the world.
